Meloche Monnex (TD Insurance) Auto Insurance Reviews

Took three calls of about 30 minutes before I got through to a representative. Once I was able to speak to someone the service was excellent and rates were lower than the online quote suggested. I was about to give up based on other comments here but glad I persisted.

I was fortunate enough to get help from a representative - Customer Service on August 13, 2020. This gentleman is very knowledgeable in any sense and very helpful. He will help you in any way he can to navigate your needs. I must say I have been a customer of TD Meloche Monnex for 20 years and this is the only time I was impressed with TD Insurance Customer Service or any Customer Service as a matter of fact. They should have more knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives like he, after all, they are sort of the front line of the Company. MANY THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP!
