I have been trying for days...on hold for a few hours each day just to try to insure an additional vehicle that I just purchased. We have multiple vehicles insured with them currently... but I think that if I am unable to get a hold of them soon, I am going to switch everything over to someone else as this is absolutely Ridiculous...no one has the time for this.
