I have three policies with this company. Fortunately, I have never needed to make a claim. However, on the occasions, I called trying to renew or change details I have been on call waiting on average for one hour! The online chat is worse than useless. I am currently on hold to reset password to manage the account. For some reason, a "current" technical problem for the last two weeks has meant can't auto-reset and I have to call. It's currently 1hr 26 mins and still no answer. Next year I will look for another provider. TD improve call waiting times or loose customers!
On hold yesterday for 55 minutes and I finally hung up. On hold today for around 25 minutes and the call was finally answered. There's got to be a better way for someone to get timely service.

I just recently called and I was on hold for 56 mins then transferred to another department and was on hold for 24 mins when I was told that I had the wrong department! Brutal service.
Do business with them if you have plenty of time to waste on hold. Average 45 mins every time you call and same old reply " due to higher call vol". I usually do not write reviews but today I have been holding the line for 2 hrs and 25 mins ( will be happy to share the screenshots) but no one picked up yet. If you don't value my time and 18 years of loyalty then you DO NOT deserve my business. Moving my business elsewhere.
You get very unprofessional staff on phone after an average call wait of 45 minutes.
I have two cars and I switch them every once a while. All was fine until this April. I noticed it took me at least 1 hour to get to talk to a representative. Sometimes it suddenly cut off and I had to start all over again to spend another one hour! I even thought I was on the blacklist! After reading all those comments I realized all customers are receiving the same service. Does TD insurance management team really look at this website? Or they never care about it?

After submitting my number for callback and waiting on hold for 3 hours I hung up the phone. 2 hours after I hung up, I received a call back saying that I was next. I've been on hold for 45 minutes!!! You've got to be kidding me.
I have been on hold now for 2 hours and still waiting. Also tried calling over the last few weeks. Gave up after holding for over an hour. They don’t even offer an option to leave your number for a callback.
On average it takes 2 hours in order to talk to their Customer Service and so many mistakes on my bill. Unbelievable
