I have called them several times all this week and failed due to a low battery after about some 90 minutes wait.

I have tried calling very early at 8:15am, 10:00am, 1:00pm, 4:00pm all failed to connect! Very frustrating!

DO NOT INSURE TRUCKS

I was told that using my truck in any way makes my insurance null and void as that means that I need commercial insurance. So, when I had an accident and I was NOT AT work or doing any work at all then I was told that they found out I use my truck to move furniture for my business back and forth from my storage. When the accident happened they DID NOT PAY OUT ANYTHING and told the other person to SUE ME! Most terrible company ever! After they cancelled me they told me to get insurance elsewhere and then still continued to take money out of my account!!! What kind of scam is this... I paid collision insurance for years and they don't want to pay... Then they told me if I want to stop the 150 dollars coming out of my account then I have to send an email with my new insurance pink slips and then when I did they told me I had to cancel it by sending the pink slips as this disorganized group don't know how to open an email. Do not insure a truck with this company!

No one will call you back after you called and left so many messages, you only got voicemail after you wasting the whole week!! Absolutely worst service!!!

Never had a claim before. Did not know what's it like to be in pain, if your insurance company, don't answer your call, leaving 100 voice mail. Even supervisor doesn't exist. The best answer was - if I did not go to work I wouldn't have an accident, so people please don't drive a car, don't go to work, period. Are you for real an adjuster or joker, or whatever they just hired you to bully people?

Ridiculous call center wait!

Waiting endlessly has been happening more and more...this level of call volume is not an 'unusual' event anymore, as claimed. Out of spite, I'm maintaining my line in the queue - now at 3 hours!!! A certain volume of business requires a certain number of people, and if you won't adjust your staffing levels we'll have to take our business elsewhere. That will put your staffing back into balance, won't it?

Horrible insurance company

There’s ALWAYS long wait for an agent. I tried to make a change yesterday but I gave up as I couldn’t stay on line for more than an hour, and today I’ve been on hold for 40 mins now while I’m writing this review. Last time I called in I was told now it’s a peak season, however, if they’re aware of it why not hire more people? Why not improve it? Horrible customer service will cancel policy upon renewal.

Very Brutal Customer Service

The second day of waiting on hold for over 2 hours! I have 3 young kids and cannot dedicate this amount of time to try and speak to someone about a simple coverage question. I will be changing companies as soon as possible. I recommend to take your insurance search elsewhere.

Terrible wait time on call!

I have been calling TD insurance couple times already for the past couple months because I need to add my daughter to my policy. The average wait time is 3 hours. I had called them last Friday and was on hold for 3 hours and then I had to hang up because I need to go. I'm calling again now while writing this review. And I have been waiting over an hour already still no one picks up the call. Terrible customer service :(
