I did have to do one claim which was quite easy. I've been with them for a number of years. No complaints

When my wife was in an accident they were excellent at handling the claim, arranging a rental and the handling of the whole process. They called her daily with updates on the repairs and how the claim was going as well as if she was satified with the rental.
