I had basic questions and was transferred 6 times. Took hours to get 0 answers, then was told to call back later in the week. I called back later in the week and was transferred 5 times, got 0 answers, then was told to call back later in the week. Im stuck in and endless loophole. Send help.
Great Card for flying and perks, although if you have any issues with your card, the Customer Service is non-existent... RBC couldn't care less no matter how much business you do with them about providing Customer Service!!! I will never carry another RBC credit card as long as I'm alive. Don't ever depend on getting help if you're stuck, as they truly don't care!!!
