Never even got to use card

My account was charged $200 and $100 by two different gas stations on top of the gas-charged. Called to have matter disputed, they first told me merchant can do that, hold your money for clearance?!? Then suggested I call the gas place and dispute with them. Called again stating that credit card should do that for me ...they cannot do anything, oh call during business hours... But I am at work and the wait is in about 30 min or more. Fed up, will not use this card anymore.
I always try to pay my card off as soon as possible, mostly before the due time. There is a time the due date is on the 23rd. I paid on 20th, I happen to have an automatic charge posted on the 19th but when I paid it did not appear. Then the next month I was charged an annual interest at 130% for this amount I happened to miss because it is visible after I have paid my balance. I then called customer service. The first time I was disconnected after 20 minutes waiting; the second time I was told the person cannot access my account thus he was transferring to me another person and got disconnected again. Now I am still on the call waiting...

Suggest not to use the Card, a 3rd class company. Spent 2 hours but didn't get solutions. 4 customer care agent pass one after another.
It is really amazing in 2023 you have such a bad credit card. Very awful webpage, completely unprofessional customer service and bad service.
they do not understand your issue. Every passing phone you to explain and i passed to six people. sometimes you feel you talk with people sitting in other countries like AISA
PLEASE NEVER APPLY FOR THIS MASTERCARD-Walmart is not bad but credit card is 10000 percent bad.
First off. What company still uses a fax or mail only in 2023???? No email option for supporting documents. I have a disputed charge and this atrocious customer service has now told me they did not get the fax from over a month ago. I am being told it is my responsibility to re-fax the documents. As a customer, I have fulfilled my duty and this company does not support their customers, and just reads from some script. Secondly I really appreciate the 1hr long hold time for a supervisor, only to be disconnected.

Horrible customer service. Very long wait times when you call in. They don't want to give credit increases years later. They need to just discontinue their Mastercard.

If I could give zero stars I would. Card arrived. Took FOREVER to get thru to activate. Finally got it activated after waiting on hold for almost 2 hours. Guy tells my husband it is activated and to have a good weekend. Never said there was anything wrong. Next, we try to use the card - it wouldn't work. So again we call in and are on hold. A woman answers saying "Walmart security". My husband talks to her and she says the card is blocked?! And that he needs to send in proof of address and proof of ID. Umm, he JUST got the card at the address. They mailed it to,- our address!!! And why approve someone for a card then ask for proof of ID? Horrible customer service. I sent an email to The Ombudsman to file a complaint. They are likely located in the Philippines too. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
