Agent always willing to discuss and provide necessary info
My agent is great. She gets back to me in a timely basis. I can't say that about the people in the claims department though. When my father passed away a few years ago one department was great and then you had to deal with another department. It was like they didn't communicate with each other or have access to the same information.

Our overall experience is good with this company. Their broker has been with us for a long time and her advice has been very good to us.
Unfortunately, my agent changed and I am not impressed with the agent I currently have. Since I pay my premium yearly and don't require additional insurance, I have very little contact with them and that's they way I like it.
