For drugs that your doctor prescribes you, there is an arbitrary formula for "maximum dispensary fees" as well as "cusotmary fee for this medication". Which, while I have 100% drug coverage, results in less than 20% reimbursed, leaving me over $100 out of pocket.
Called 3 times to file a claim on my policy and no one will call me back, it has been a month since I first called to file. Insurance companies are notorious for making a claim difficult to pay out but I did not expect this from Sunlife.
Just because l paid for my wife's prescription we did not get paid. One of many times they find any reason not to pay.
