Over 3 hours to get a name change on a policy

We have home & auto insurance with RBC Insurance. It is simply impossible to get in touch with their customer service. I tried to contact them on phone for a continuous week every single day and failed. It’s a hopeless and pathetic service.
I had a critical situation where my brother drove my car and had bad accident. The support i got was amazing! He was empathetic, he was kind, understanding and provided wonderful customer service. Although my broker was not at all prompt and helpful but because of my agent my problem got resolved quickly. He is very knowledgeable and he knows the laws and rules properly.

All I wanted was a name change on a policy of RBC and was on the phone for 3 hours. This is the worst service I can ever imagine. How bad would it be if I had a claim?
