I can't believe how seamless dealing with TD Insurance has been. Everyone there seems to be professional and polite. Hardly any bureaucratic BS. Never had to wait to speak with somebody. Just perfect.
I had 4 claims between 2017 and 2018. 1 forgiveness and 3 not-at-fault claims. Adjusters are very professional and repairs were done very smooth. No problem so far.

I've been with TD in Ontario and then in Alberta for around 14 years, they always had the best rate and they give you quote quickly on the phone, great customer service and I had 3 no-fault claims which they handled fairly.

The agent was efficient and quick. It usually takes hours to get a quote and he gave me three competitive quotes in 30 minutes or less. He was polite and courteous and I am so pleased with this service. I will definitely recommend TD!
