At a certain point, you can't blame everything on COVID. No one answering the phones (wait times of 3.5, 1.5, and 1 hour with no answer), no one answers the chat (now deactivated), and no one answers e-mails. How can I give a one star to customer service when there is no customer service?

I've tried calling to add a new vehicle and update existing vehicle insurance for the last 3 business days. I stayed on the line up to 2 hours with no reply. Today, I've been waiting for 3 hours and no response yet. My previous experiences with TD insurance were stellar so I wonder what happened. I will have to insure elsewhere if this isn't resolved soon. I've spoken to a competitor and got a quote while waiting on the phone with TD. (From an online TD quote, I also requested to be called, but I haven't been called back either.)
They put you on hold for a very long time. If you need to talk with customer support you will have to wait between 1 to 4 hours to speak with their representative... I'm fully frustrated each time I need to speak with a TD Meloche Monnex representative.
2 hours waiting on the phone yesterday, then again today, no answer! This shows how careless this company had become. Either employ more people or cancel this useless phone service. This is poor client service and shows no respect.

I called July 2 to put insurance on my car from storage. No option for a callback service and waited on hold for over half an hour before I assume it is now outside of office hours. Feedback: Add a callback service and/or make some of these options available through the website or app
I have called them several times all this week and failed due to a low battery after about some 90 minutes wait.
I have tried calling very early at 8:15am, 10:00am, 1:00pm, 4:00pm all failed to connect! Very frustrating!
Called a few times to put coverage on my car that was in storage. No pick up! Wait times 90 minutes - gave up! Called again - 1 hour 45 minutes - nothing... Is anyone there??? Please tell us so we don't waste our time. I can't drive my car!

I just wanted to remove one of my vehicles from my policy. I waited on hold for over 60 mins three times over the past few days with no answer. Finally gave up each time. I tried to do this online, but the website tells me I must call Customer Service! I will be switching to another provider if I can't get through today! Total waste of my time!!!
