Meloche Monnex (TD Insurance) Auto Insurance Reviews

I have been trying for days...on hold for a few hours each day just to try to insure an additional vehicle that I just purchased. We have multiple vehicles insured with them currently... but I think that if I am unable to get a hold of them soon, I am going to switch everything over to someone else as this is absolutely Ridiculous...no one has the time for this.

This is unbelievable. I have wasted almost 5 hours waiting to reach someone from customer service to modify my policy which unfortunately cannot be changed online if I want the changes to be effective immediately.

If TD Insurance is unable to offer reasonable waiting times on their phone lines, then they should create a website that can serve its customers better.

Looking to switch to a different insurance company. This is just too frustrating.

I've tried calling to add a new vehicle and update existing vehicle insurance for the last 3 business days. I stayed on the line up to 2 hours with no reply. Today, I've been waiting for 3 hours and no response yet. My previous experiences with TD insurance were stellar so I wonder what happened. I will have to insure elsewhere if this isn't resolved soon. I've spoken to a competitor and got a quote while waiting on the phone with TD. (From an online TD quote, I also requested to be called, but I haven't been called back either.)
