So Frustrating

Like others, I have been on hold with TDMM for well over an hour listening to the same three-second loop of music. Their customer service in that department is lacking. Recently though, I have gotten to speak to someone with much shorter wait times. Currently dealing with an adjuster for a not-at-fault claim. She will not return my calls or respond to my emails (three voicemails and three emails requesting a call over the course of this claim, zero responses). Then, she had the audacity to send me an email with a form letter component saying they strive for "legendary customer service" and to let them know if I have any questions. I have questions, she just won't answer them.

They Don't Answer the Phone

You can't get through to them to ask them any questions.

They leave you hanging and you can't get through to ask questions.

Good value for the money, but totally NOT accessible; especially when you need them.

They really need to fix their "Call Centre" CRM program!

That's their biggest downfall.

Please institute a Call Back system like Bell. Waited over an hour and finally gave up in frustration listening to that short loop of ‘music’.

Very poor response time

The last few times I called it took forever on hold before I got through. Today I was on hold for over 3 hours and gave up - did not get through. I also tried to sign up online in case I could make a change there - even a delay with online account activation. I have been a client for over 25 years, insure my house and currently 5 vehicles. They used to have great customer service and I had some loyalty, but now you would think they don't want to keep customers. If I find a better price I will seriously consider leaving.

On average it takes 2 hours in order to talk to their Customer Service and so many mistakes on my bill. Unbelievable

Hold times are brutal

On hold yesterday for 55 minutes and I finally hung up. On hold today for around 25 minutes and the call was finally answered. There's got to be a better way for someone to get timely service.

I just recently called and I was on hold for 56 mins then transferred to another department and was on hold for 24 mins when I was told that I had the wrong department! Brutal service.

Higher than normal call volume

I had requested a callback. Got a call back 25 minutes later that said I was in the queue and number 1. I have been on the call for 56 minutes and waiting to talk to someone. Not sure how much longer I will have to wait.

3rd time calling in this week. Gave up the last 2 times after waiting on hold for over 1.5 hours. Been a loyal customer for over 17 years and never had any issues with these guys. Seems very odd. I need to add a new car to my existing insurance policy. Pretty sure "Sorry officer, They won't Pick Up" won't get me a pass .. TD, assuming you're reading this; If you're going to make your customers wait that long, at least throw on some decent hold music...
