Have made 2 claims and they were handled very well and promptly.
Each claim has been handled efficiently. I have had no problems nor would I say that service was exceptional … just very good.

I have not had any claims but I have been happy with them when I have called to change or add vehicles to my policy
They were very quick with my claims service, and compassionate. I only had to make 3 calls, one to notify, one to set up a rental, and the 3rd to negotiate my claim amount.

we have no deductable - when we made a claim there was no questions asked. they paid the garage and supplied us with a rental.
Easy to deal with, claims were treated quickly, and best price for the coverage.
Rates are several hundred dollars cheaper and any quote I've been able to get online. Never had any problems with claims, they pay shop directly. Only issue I have it having to pay the deductible for a hit an run.

We moved our insurance over to Meloche Monnex because the quote was substantially lower than our previous provider. We have found the customer service to be good, however we have never had to make a claim.
