I compared many rates but TD Insurance had the lowest one for my age and driving experience. All other providers were significantly more expensive. Their callcenter folks are quite knowledgable and explained me all the coverage details.
I also had some claim experience with them when that old gentlemen T-boned my car in the downtown of Toronto. TD Insurance agent was not very helpful on the phone, but the whole claim process went quite smooth: I got comparable rental car for 4 weeks until my car was fixed. My rates did not go up since I was not at fault. So I am quite happy with TD Insurance so far. Meanwhile their rates started climbing a bit every year though...

The rates are competitive and the claims process is easy. Insurance can be confusing but to the best of my knowledge I am getting the best rate and coverage for my money. I will need to get a competing quote soon to ensure this is the case.
I find the rates the best I can find (and after my AMA experience, I have shopped around). Service is good, I only had one small claim that went through other guys insurance but they helped with that process.

Pretty good for getting questions
I had a claim with this company. The claim was done under Property Insurance to cover my loss from apartment robbery. It took us two months to gather all evidences about values I had and lost, to consider those evidences by insurance officer, to prove insurance payment (less than I claimed) and transfer it to me.
Next renew period they increased my Car Insurance by 50% which was, per my suspicion, done to return their spenditures from Property Insurance. I consider this bizarre.
