We have been using BelairDirect auto insurance for about 15 years and can say pretty satisfied with their service and pricing. Their accident forgiveness is fantastic. Despite two major accidents, our rates stayed steady and slowly dropped. Some people are impressed with how low our rates been going. Having a big company with their vast resources available in case something wrong is assuring. At times we had to negotiate the rate and ask for ways to save. Agents were always courteous and helpful for the most part. I wished to get home insurance with them but their rates were high despite being a long time customer.

As a satisfied client, I shall remain with Belairdirect in the foreseeable future, because of its competitive premium rates on both auto and home insurance, as well as for the quality of service this company has provided, especially with regard to the residential claim I had to make after severe storm-damage to the roof of my property.

I had recently hit a deer with my Mercedes causing hood damage to a mint condition Benz. The claim process was easy and insightful from a very good representative. Fix Auto did a great job in restoring the car. It now looks pristine again---overall very satisfied

This company could not have been more helpful from claim to completion of the work. A rental was offered (not needed), a company rep contacted me, repairs were arranged, done magnificently,
I paid my deductible, and that was that. What more could anyone expect?

It was dealt with, but the experience was bad. They made dealing with this somewhat of a hassle. Why should I beg to get help? They really gave me no assurance. Like I said, it was dealt with, wasn’t the best outcome but I am satisfied

I recently had a car accident, my first one in 35 years of driving. I was nervous that I would get the runaround, but the experience was awesome! I was contacted quickly and was kept informed about the claim. I had heard horror stories about the body shops used by insurance companies, but this one Bellaire uses - Assured Collision in Ajax was great - quick, friendly, and did a great job! I am so pleased with the whole experience. It's not often these days when customer service means something good. Kudos to Bellaire and Assured for their great customer service. 2 years ago, I ran into a hail storm in the US. There was 19,000 damage to my Lexus. I did not have to do a thing; they looked after the repair and a rental vehicle for a month. Could not ask for more.

I had recent claim experience with Belairdirect. The most I want to say is that I am so grateful to have Belairdirect as my auto insurance company. When the accident happened, not only did they make the process as smooth as possible, but were they so understanding and supportive. The Adjuster, who handled my case, was so kind and considerate, which was so comforting when I just experienced car accident with all the anxiousness and stress. It meant so a lot to me. Within short amount of time, he filed claim, took police report, rented a car. I felt that a big shoulder took over all the weight and troubles from me. I recommend highly to my family members, friends, colleagues and anyone. I have been with them for over 10 years, and I am very happy to continue staying with them. Belairdirect's subcontractors are very decent too, such as car rental and auto shop. I'm very happy with them too - I'm not surprised though, as a decent company choose wisely and money is not their only consideration. They don't choose cheap, but wise and with standard.
