It was my first time getting in an accident and I have been a customer of Desjardins for years, they were supposed to reimburse me for my claim, and they have yet to do so. This investigation has been ongoing for approximately three months now, they are not responding to my inquiries, and they keep apologizing to me. They don’t care to resolve my issue in a timely manner and have been disregarding my concerns.
I had an accident more than a month ago. During the accident happened and entire time that the police had arrived at the scene, I was talking to the insurance agent on the phone, and at her suggestion, I moved my car to a towing parking lot, but after more than a month, the insurance company did not take my car out of the towing parking lot and didn’t transferred it to the repair shop. And every time I call, they just say they're sorry and say they'll be back soon, but they don't do anything else.
I’m from Ottawa I have had an accident in Toronto I had an extremely nice experience with everybody I contacted from Desjardin Insurance! They were extremely friendly and helpful! Claim processing was quick and effective!

BIG scammers!!!
I got in an accident for the first time, and it’s not even my fault and my case is under investigation for the past 3 months.
Whenever I email my adjuster she keeps apologizing and saying that the case is still ongoing, I don’t even know until when and why it’s going on. They clearly told me to go pay for the storage fee, which doesn’t make any sense because I was not at fault, so I should not have to pay for anything.
I’m really disappointed with this auto insurance company, and I’d advise everyone DO NOT get insurance from this company, you’ll get scammed!!!!
