I paid to get my car detailed, I have leather heated seats throughout. A few days after I got my car cleaned I went away in vacation and left my car in my dry underground parking garage for a few weeks. I came back to the worst mold infestation I and several other detailing companies have ever seen. Mold was on the steering wheel the side panelling of the door the seatbelts u name it. Obviously this was the fault of the detailer who must have used a compromised rag in my vehicle. I reported it to them, they dismissed my claim and didn’t go after the insurance of the shop instead told me take it to small claims this is why we pay for car insurance in this country for absolutely no reason we are being held hostage. We pay hundreds each month and they get to pick and choose when they help.

I had another claim where I was victim of hit and run and also struck directly by the driver as I was trying to take picture of their plate which I did get as well as make and model. The police were involved collision reporting informed of a site the insurance company could use to get the insurance details of the offending driver they refused to do so and I was left paying the deductible even thought there is a detective assigned to the case b/c of the damage and the assault. This is the help you get, you’re left paying they don’t investigate or seek justice for their customers they just take thousands from u each year and u never have peace of mind with having them as your broker. Run away!!!

I was reared and it was obviously not my fault. They classified me a minor injury claim and I needed more treatment after my treatment plan expired. I was still in pain and they denied me claim. Instead they hired a private investigator follow me and watch my house. They intentionally prolonged my suffering!
