Consumer Study approach explained
Independent Canadian company InsurEye performed a consumer satisfaction comparison of auto insurance companies based on independent consumer reviews from InsurEye’s Customer Experience platform. Consumer insurance reviews cover most auto insurers and their products across the country.
InsurEye Co-Founder Dmitry Mityagin stated: “We plan to conduct such studies on a regular basis so that consumers can stay on top of the current insurance market and make the most informed decisions.”
