They are absolutely the worst insurance company. So glad i left them.
1) They literally stole from me and acted like it was no big deal that they were charging me the wrong amount.
2) my bank account got compromised and instead of reminding me that my last payment didn’t go through Because i had changed my card, they added more fees and took HUGE amounts of money to restore my insurance.
Trust me and avoid at all costs. Their average wait time for any help is approximately an hour.

If you are insured with All State insurance beware. They are very fast at taking your money but impossible to get a refund. I have canceled 3 policies 3 months ago. All I get from them is more forms to fill or more letters asking for the same things. What is more frustrating is that even knowing that I cancel the policies 3 months ago they still take money out of my account each month. I am frustrated and I will be filing a complaint with the Ombudsman office very shortly.

Went through 3 representatives to try to cancel my insurance. Given wrong information, no one followed up and nothing was done. They now owe me close to $1000 dollars and no one can give me a date when it will be returned to me. Apparently no one is in charge of anything either. Now its right before Christmas and I will need to go into debt. Way to go Allstate- your lack of accountability to your long term customers is downright disgusting. Stay away.

Change from Allstate Insurance to another one because of poor customer services. They still owe me 385 dollars and it's been 4 months I'm waiting for it. Never ever go to Allstate's. Worst insurance company ever.

These people are absolutely horrible to deal with. Not a single person actually cares and is willing to go above answering a phone call under the circumstances. I cancelled my policy with them and they still kept taking money out of my account for renewal. Like really? I did everything that they requested me to do and afterword they started telling me more and more about their “policy” now I’m not going to get a refund for another 15 days... I will NEVER EVER insure with them again.
