I am trying to delete one lease car from my policy which one I return in August but no one is helping out... Still keeps me charging for that! I called three times since August hon hold for one to two hours! Repeat all things - "we call you back" and three months no one call back. Today also on all hold almost one hour no answer.

TERRIBLE CLAIMS SERVICES

This insurance company is so terrible... They never answer calls, never return emails, never return your calls... Claims services is very unprofessional they do not have the courtesy to at least reply to your email regarding the status of your claim. I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks just to know the status of my claim and NO ANSWER OR REPLY from any email I sent and voice mail I left!

Terrible company

You can't get ahold of anyone here! I don't even think the phone line is real at this point.. been on hold for about 2 hours in total over the past few days.
Do they expect you to hire a personal assistant to get ahold of Allstate on your behalf? I'm trying to pay this company money and they won't even answer the phone. Feel terrible for the people who work here. Despicable.

Awful company

Very unprofessional! You cannot contact your office anymore, you’re directed to an answering service and they don’t answer! I will be moving all of my insurance needs, after 15 years. It makes me very unhappy! They’re so unprofessional, the supervisor in Sudbury G, Myles, sent me his T4. I’ve been sooo unhappy for sooo long!!!! I haven’t moved my policies because I would have to get all my vehicles re-certified. It’s a joke the way Ontario lets these companies operate

DO NOT USE! AVOID!

Where to begin?
Impossible to get a hold of your adjuster? - YES!
Email correspondence - NONE!
Compassion that you've been hit by a non-insured driver - NO!
Get you a rental equivalent to your brand new, $80K vehicle? - Absolutely not! In fact, they give you what's called a "Comparable SIZE." If that's not the biggest scam I don't know what is.
My first accident in over 30 years, not my fault, a person has no insurance, G1 licence, driving a beat up old car and I get punished by my own insurance company!
This is why their rates are somewhat cheaper...
Manager of adjusters, worse. Should not be in customer service role, attitude and really, I mean really doesn't care. Plain and simple. These are our terms, bye-bye.

I got changed for a vehicle that has been parked for three years now for six months.
The vehicle is parked and I pay for it full coverage for six months without use at all I made phone calls almost 10 times I got the voicemail I leave a message every time I call no one gets back to me and I don’t really know why I have been in the website of Allstate insurance there is no option there to solve the issue no way to get things done by email or phone call or text message. What else should be done with this company just to find a way to get someone to speak to address this issue I don’t believe that should be blamed on COVID-19 at all it’s their way of serving their clients without any respect... I have been dealing with these problems since 2008 for 14 years now. No respect at all!

Terrible customer service! Stay away from Allstate!
My car was stolen on 30-August-2021 I contacted Allstate right away was told that adjuster Johan M will call within the hour but 6 days later no call was received and when I am calling Allstate I had been on the phone for more than 1.5 hours and as soon as someone picks up the phone they hanging up right away knowing who I am and could call me back but never done!
Stay away from Allstate!
