They gave me an attractive rates to pull me in and sharply increased my rate next year without any reason.
I’ve been with this company for a couple years and decided to switch to yearly payments instead of monthly. They terminated my policy and said they are unwilling to reinstate it. All I did was ask for a quote… I’ve been with this company for years and have been ticket and accident free. This was an error on their end and they were unwilling to help a loyal customer.
