Put in trouble where is no chance to survive

I booked insurance with Scoop, all was going okay.
After 1 year, they change my payments to pay for 2 months in advance.
I was paying last transaction 27 February.
Once a sudden, I'm receiving email that my insurance canceled due to non-payment.
I was not sleeping 2 nights to call broker to call economical.
They firstly could not see my transaction.
Then they ignore at all.
2 days in advance, they let me know that I can't drive anymore.
My family from Ukraine came, and I can't help them, I can't help myself, I can't drive to work, I'm in the middle of nowhere.
While my city is bombarded in Ukraine, I'm bombarded here with horrible attitude and 0 help.

Poor Communcation

My broker advised me that if your circumstances change, and you no longer fit their "target market / demographic" they will do crazy things, like jacking your rates through the roof to encourage you to leave. Well, it worked! I tried to add a second vehicle to my policy and my payments went from 150/month to 750 per month. Without the second vehicle, I'm suddenly $322 per month. This is basically highway robbery, and I would only recommend this company to my worst enemy. Also, these guys are next to impossible to get a hold of. Emails will often go several weeks without a response until you hound them again!

Just want to rip you off

We have been Economical customers for 2 years with our Auto and Farm Policies. I paid our auto policy online with a credit card and then I get a nasty email saying I still owe them money. We made some changes to our auto policy because it was very high and transferred a trailer and ATV to our farm policy a month before renewal. However, because they didn’t process it in time we have to pay the higher premium amount in our first of 3 payments. Should have been 40% of the premium but they are forcing us to pay 54% for their incompetence. We will definitely not be insuring with them next year. Terrible company. Only interested in taking your money and one of the most awful insurance companies for customer service. Frankly, they just don’t care. Do NOT recommend it.
