Meloche Monnex (TD Insurance) Auto Insurance Reviews

I just want to share my experience with TD Meloche Monnex. May 2016 my bumper was damaged by someone trying to back into space beside mine. Luckily it was caught on dashcam and was able to read the licence plate and report to police. File claim online and got an appointment at the TD repair center. As the repair center was not familiar with my car (Tesla), I was sent to a special repair shop. I was offered a loaner vehicle but did not use it as I had another vehicle to use. The repair was done within a week and payment directly with TD. Everything went smoothly and no hassle.

I recently claimed the damage to our car while I was parked. Called TD insurance and they took good care of my needs from start to finish. My adjuster even called me to follow up if we were happy with the repair of our car. I strongly recommended TD insurance to our family and friends. Thank you so much!

Customer for many years. I have found that the rates from TD Meloche Monnex has consistently been amongst the lower priced suppliers. But even more important, is that when my car was t-boned, the claim was handled promptly and in a very professional manner. Rental car was provided which I used for 1 month as my car was in the shop for that long to get parts in from Germany (nothing exotic - just a Saturn Astra). Body shop and car rental was paid directly by TDMM. I will be renewing with them.
