Run from Aviva. In my experience, this has been one of the worst insurance claim experiences I’ve ever had. My hit-and-run claim was open for 11 months and involved a lengthy investigation. I had to deal with multiple representatives and managers, including Stacy, Michel, Maxime Soucy and Marissa Costa, but I felt that my concerns were repeatedly ignored.

I felt like I had to constantly prove that the accident actually happened. The process was extremely stressful and caused significant disruption to my life. I was also very unhappy with the inspection and repair process. In my experience, the proposed repairs and estimates did not properly address the damage, and when I questioned the repairs, I felt I was not given reasonable support.

After dealing with this claim for 11 months, I cannot recommend Aviva based on my personal experience. Think very carefully before choosing this company for your insurance.
