Whoever I talked to couldn't even speak English. Had no idea whats going on. Tried to make me pay 700 bucks a month for insurance. I ended up hanging up on them. I Will certainly not be dealing with them again
You can not understand half the people who answer the phone as well they keep mixing up and screwing up home and auto insurance. I've been on hold for over 3 and a half hours multiple times and still can't get anywhere with them. Also way overpriced!

The purpose of my review is to say “Thank you” to the customer service representative. This lady provided me with an excellent service. Unfortunately, the service she provided became unique. I wish her good luck in her professional career. Also, I wish everyone including myself to meet in our lives more people like her.
I wish a person could just call the New Brunswick office. Always a great experience when dealing with people who understand English. I am tired of dropped calls from East Indians. Unknowledgable employees from Ontario. Just spent 50 minutes dealing with someone who had no idea what they were doing. Gave up. Hopefully my call tomorrow goes thru to New Brunswick. Also, the new phone system is terrible.
