TD Insurance Auto Insurance Reviews

As the owner of a body shop for over 40 years, this has got to be the absolute worst experience I've had dealing with an insurance company. An adjuster who has an outdated voicemail message on his machine and doesn't return calls, an imaging desk you cannot reach because their mailbox is full, a claims department you cannot reach, and an operator who is not there and that mailbox is full as well. What a GONG SHOW!!! It's a pretty sad way to run a business.

It has been over a month since someone with this insurance hit my car and they just keep pushing me off as to not taking care of the damage on my car the police report says he is 100% at fault and he got cited at the accident they don’t call anybody back I’ve been asked to speak with supervisors I would never recommend this insurance!!!!
