Insurance renewal

We’re trying to renew our insurance and they charged us right away and then we got a lower rate from another insurance company so we took it! Asking for a refund that they charged took 14 days! Just called them again they said another 5 business days!!!! Worst car insurance ever!!!

Customer service is great. Cortney is one of the best by far. She very kind, chill and answers any questions without talking over me. Overall phone experience with her is fantastic. Keep up the vibes, love it.
