I was treated like a king. Great service. I was well informed by email while my car was being repaired. And the rental car arrangements were smoothly handled. Seamless and accommodating.

I recently had a car accident, my first one in 35 years of driving. I was nervous that I would get the runaround, but the experience was awesome! I was contacted quickly and was kept informed about the claim. I had heard horror stories about the body shops used by insurance companies, but this one Bellaire uses - Assured Collision in Ajax was great - quick, friendly, and did a great job! I am so pleased with the whole experience. It's not often these days when customer service means something good. Kudos to Bellaire and Assured for their great customer service. Much appreciated to feel like you matter.

2 years ago, I ran into a hail storm in the US. There was 19,000 damage to my Lexus. I did not have to do a thing; they looked after the repair and a rental vehicle for a month. Could not ask for more.

I had recent claim experience with Belairdirect. The most I want to say is that I am so grateful to have Belairdirect as my auto insurance company. When the accident happened, not only did they make the process as smooth as possible, but were they so understanding and supportive. The Adjuster, who handled my case, was so kind and considerate, which was so comforting when I just experienced car accident with all the anxiousness and stress. It meant so a lot to me. Within short amount of time, he filed claim, took police report, rented a car. I felt that a big shoulder took over all the weight and troubles from me. I recommend highly to my family members, friends, colleagues and anyone. I have been with them for over 10 years, and I am very happy to continue staying with them. Belairdirect's subcontractors are very decent too, such as car rental and auto shop. I'm very happy with them too - I'm not surprised though, as a decent company choose wisely and money is not their only consideration. They don't choose cheap, but wise and with standard.

From the initial telephone call to picking up the repaired vehicle, I had no problems whatsoever ... nothing that couldn't be resolved.
