I’m a customer with Desjardins for 3 years, and I’m very happy, the agent who helped me with my policy was super professional helpful and nice. Just wanted to share my experience for someone who is looking for insurance company.
Terrible customer service. The woman who answered my call had a strong accent, I myself learned English not so long ago, so I asked her to speak slowly because I could not understand her words. She immediately hung up the phone.
Desjardins have poor customer service. They don't train employees properly. For instance, they will give you a quote charging $130, and then they will charge $160 without even informing the user. Then charge money from another person's account without even informing. I think the customer service agent doesn't even understand English. I got a quote for $175 and now they started charging $300 without giving any notice. I just wish they would have spent a little to provide service to the customer instead of just thinking about profit.
