Terrible customer service. The woman who answered my call had a strong accent, I myself learned English not so long ago, so I asked her to speak slowly because I could not understand her words. She immediately hung up the phone.
Desjardins have poor customer service. They don't train employees properly. For instance, they will give you a quote charging $130, and then they will charge $160 without even informing the user. Then charge money from another person's account without even informing. I think the customer service agent doesn't even understand English. I got a quote for $175 and now they started charging $300 without giving any notice. I just wish they would have spent a little to provide service to the customer instead of just thinking about profit.
