My insurance agent provides all of the necessary info. If I have a question I can call or email and get a response back in a timely manner.
since I have not had very few claims with this company, there is little that I can say. they have veen good about keeping me informed about changes in coverage and any information I may call about.The only disadvantage is that there is not localagent to work with. I am in Saskatchewan and teir office is in Alberta. But the good price is well worth it.
