I have had claims with this insurer in the past and they were handled quickly without any hassel.
I have only communicated over the phone and that experience has been positive

It's been rather positive, from value for money to claims processing.
No claims, and good service when clearing up details during divorce.
My experience has been good. On one claim there was some difficulty with who to contact and some difficulty in getting the claim to move along. This slowness was mostly the other insurer's slowness.
