Service has always been prompt and courteous, claims have been settled quickly, and the price seems like good value for the money
It is a company plan so the premiums are a bit better than "average". Any claims were handled quickly and without issue.

They have no contact with you unless you have a claim. They call back pretty quick though.
Don't really have anything to do with insurer directly. I only deal with my agent. We did have a claim and they were helpful and easy to deal with.
