We finally got a court date last Tuesday, September 22, 2020, and they settled with my neighbour who also had a claim against them because our house was semi-detached with them, on Friday before September 19th, 2020. And if it was not settled by mediation which was September 25, we would have a New court date before the end of the year. Like November. The mediation was a disaster. The claim was for $1,600,000. One point six million and they offered $20,000. In the end, they wouldn’t go over $200,000. Two hundred thousand. I had gone down to $350,000 to get it over with. So we’re going to court. And we will add another $500,000 in damages for what I went through. My ex-husband was not affected, and they excluded him anyway. We think that they settled with him behind our backs.
