It was difficult to make a claim about our pool. There were many calls, emails and follow ups were slow but finaly everything was done.

I have been insured for many years by Belair. The only real expereince I have us renewing the policy each year. The rates go up but by reasonable amounts so I haven't been motivated to shop around. Thankfully I have had no claims experience.
