House insurance increased by more than %100 in one year. Could not explain why. No claims last year. Bunch of thieves. Been insured with them for years.

Comprehensive Homeowners insuring $2.1M+, Semi-protected 10 acres (next to Town boundary) was CANCELLED MID-TERM due to Liability Risk of LIVESTOCK on ADJACENT Property. Zenith conducted an on-site appraisal of the property, requiring substantial house & outbuilding increases of more then .5M (they included 5 unused/unimproved granaries, tack barn & woodshed, all +70yrs from original farmstead). Three weeks after charging an additional $1,000 for the balance of yr ($4,000yr), we are given One Week to place our coverage elsewhere. We will also be moving a 2nd Homeowners (within City limits) of $1.1M and any other policies with Zenith as they apparently only desire to insure homes they won't have to pay out on!!!

Was with this company for one year. In all the years I have had home insurance have never made a claim. Was recently asked to complete a credit check with the promise that it may end up with a lower rate. I have excellent credit rating. Got my renewal which was reduced by a few dollars. The policy is already high all things considered. When I called to question why my great credit rating was not reflected in the new rate was told this would not happen until 2017!! Not impressed with this outfit.

Are you a condo unit tenant? Remember that neither your condominium corporations' policy nor your landlord's insurance policy protects you as a tenant (3rd part liability, contents, etc.). If you do not have your own insurance policy, get your condominium insurance quote today.

Over cover for household contents, actual contents only worth less than 50,000, but insured value at $518,000, premium keeps going up every year, tell me it's not robbing?
