The worst experience I had with this company. Their philosophy is this: Make client with high-value claim wait for years (5-6 years) until they either get tired or run of money to pay lawyers fee... I strongly suggest not to use this company, totally unprofessional & poor services. This is my sincere & accurate experience.
I purchased the LIVeasy product from Unica. Very broad coverage and happy with the price. Seems like good value. I had an auto claim last year with Unica....it was handled very well and great service. I would expect the same to take place on my home if I ever have a claim.

I used to have home insurance for my tenant property with Unica Insurance last year. There was wind damage to the roof and I asked the company to give me an estimate. The adjuster sent her buddy/ contractor to my home and made the estimate and they sent me the estimate in email. The estimate was very high and I decided to not to proceed with the claim and I hired my own contractor and fixed the damage. After a few months, I found out that the insurance company paid some money to the contractor who made the estimate. When I tried to inquire this, I was told that the contractor fixed the issue when doing the estimate. This is ridiculous. Basically, the contractor and the adjuster made a deal between them and made this fraud. I talked to higher management, but nothing happened. Because of this false claim, my premium has gone up, even if I switched to a different company now. I am in the process of the lawsuit on this matter. Please don't go with these terrible people. Zero liability.
