The worst insurance I have ever seen. They don't accept to pay for the part which is damaged after an accident only because that part already has rust. They are slow. They are not available.

I got in a car accident on Friday the 17th and was not my fault. I've been calling since Monday and no answer and/or update on our rental or car 🤬🤬🤬 I would not recommend Allstate and we better get our answers soon

The absolute worse company to go with. We were in an accident last Thursday and we have still heard absolutely nothing from their part. We call 20 times a day to just get transferred to Veronique's voicemail where she doesn't even have the human decency to call back.
Our car is currently not in good shape to drive and when we called them to let them know that we needed this resolved as soon as possible the reception does not even care.
Veronique is absolutely terrible and clearly does not know how to do her job.
Avoid this company at all costs. You pay for a service that you do not even get.
