We had a very easy to process car accident, not our fault and we had a video of the whole situation from the dash camera. The agents that pick up the phone are great, I would give 5 stars in this category as they are the only reason our claim got settled. The adjustor however; well, let me just say we have not the pleasure to even speak to her through out the process! She never picked up the phone, nor did she call as back. Very disappointing and begs the question. If Allstate have such a great claim customer service team, why do they need to pay an adjustor who doesn't even pick up the phone? This is the only reason why we haven't rated Allstate 5 stars.

Don't use Allstate. They're the worst!
I paid every month for my car insurance and when I have an accident they denied my claim and they even didn't let me know! Either
they make money from you...

If there is a zero here I would choose it. It’s already been months since my car got stolen and the adjuster assigned to me called me only once. I need updates on what is happening and what's gonna happen next. It is really tiring to call claim services for almost every day and they just gonna tell you to call your adjuster who doesn’t care. It’s so frustrating.

Please note they don't refund the deductible if you had an accident with a person. Why because they can not claim against the third person so your money would not be refunded. Very unfair! It is not acceptable.
Very very unfair. And the supporting thing is that it is not in your agreement.

The worst insurance I have ever seen. They don't accept to pay for the part which is damaged after an accident only because that part already has rust. They are slow. They are not available.

I got in a car accident on Friday the 17th and was not my fault. I've been calling since Monday and no answer and/or update on our rental or car 🤬🤬🤬 I would not recommend Allstate and we better get our answers soon

The absolute worse company to go with. We were in an accident last Thursday and we have still heard absolutely nothing from their part. We call 20 times a day to just get transferred to Veronique's voicemail where she doesn't even have the human decency to call back.
Our car is currently not in good shape to drive and when we called them to let them know that we needed this resolved as soon as possible the reception does not even care.
Veronique is absolutely terrible and clearly does not know how to do her job.
Avoid this company at all costs. You pay for a service that you do not even get.
