More than half an hour, still no answer. It seems 2020 problems are not gone! I will wait and wait... until I talk to someone and cancel everything. We've been with them for more than 10 years, and it took 5 minutes to decide to change. Buying Meloche for what, losing customers? Wrong move TD...

They charged me more than 100$ a month after cancel policy and they did not let me know about it when I cancel my policy. And when I try to call I have to wait like more than an hour.

Horrible insurance company. I had them for car and home insurance. Never do business with them even if the rates seem reasonable at first.
As everyone said, wait times are ridiculous, it's by far the worst I've ever experience. Multiple times I was on hold for 1-1.5 hours, I just gave up.
They also overcharged me $900 on my car insurance, when I received the renewal documents I noticed they'd had my sister's accident on my policy. I've never had an accident. Even though they admitted it as their mistake, they would only give me $300 back of MY $900.
Also, my rates jumped significantly every year, and you can't get ahold of them to discuss it because of the disgusting wait times...

Hours of waiting just to change an address and phone number. Honestly the worst customer service ever.

The hold times are incredibly high. I've been trying to cancel my home and car insurance to switch to another provider and so far I've called 3 times and my calls all lasted over an hour. The reps don't understand insurance themselves and can never answer your question directly. It's all "umm, ah, well it's complicated please hold" 15 minutes later. "On what date are you looking to cancel again? Okay, I'll be back" and this cycle goes on and on. I can't wait to replace these people.

Never have dealt with a business that is so pathetic. Hours of wait times if you need to change a policy etc. For the amount of money they make, would it kill them to hire a couple more customer support reps??

Been with them for over 20 years, not impressed with their $25 late fees when they are the ones that do not answer the phone when I want to pay by credit card, been disconnected 3 or 4 times after 8 hour waits
Planning to go somewhere else, disgusting.

I've been on hold for 3 hours 44 mins.
Coming up at 19:00 Eastern time on a Weekday.
Just want to make a change to my coverage.
Looks like it's been like this for a year or more, (I see by Googling around.)
I am so totally cancelling my coverage and going with another insurer. Good-bye Meloche Monnex.

I recently called their phone service 3 or 4 times. Each time it put me on waiting for a couple of hours until I was disconnected. It's really frustrating. No way to reach them by phone.

Over 3 days have been waiting on the phone each day for over 2 hours for the next available agent! Never got the line and actually hanged up. And while on hold you have this 2-minute "music track" that loops over and over!!! That raises the frustration level even more. Never had such a horrible service...will have to show up at offices
