Unfair is putting it kindly

After 23 years with Aviva and never had a claim, I was in a bad accident by a careless driver. They put me through so much, not believing my injuries even when my doctors reports confirmed my injuries. Payout after 2 years didn't cover physio. Aviva is Terrible.
