Great customer service. All the staff members I ever talked with are super-friendly. However, the waiting time is insane. If you want to reach out to a person there is a good 2-hour wait for that. This is ridiculous. You can hire more staff rather than putting burden on the few that you have and irritating clients with extra waiting time.
The agents were very kind and great people to work with on my auto insurance! They provided optimal advice on whether you go with them or not and have positive attitudes. Would highly recommend their service. They made my auto insurance experience at Dejardins enjoyable! They were very patient, informative, gave me a better price and they have an auto program to give you a discount as well, thank you so much!

Very reliable car insurance, I recently had my car hit in a parking lot and the insurance was very attentive in processing the data and the whole process was favorable and efficient, they recommended an excellent shop and my car is like new. Very satisfied, and so I can recommend Desjardins as an excellent car insurance company.
After struggling with other insurance companies. Desjardins returned my email instantly. They got me a great quote with in an hour. And then had evening settled with in 2 hours. I highly recommend this company.

It was my first time getting in an accident and I have been a customer of Desjardins for years, they were supposed to reimburse me for my claim, and they have yet to do so. This investigation has been ongoing for approximately three months now, they are not responding to my inquiries, and they keep apologizing to me. They don’t care to resolve my issue in a timely manner and have been disregarding my concerns.
I just got car insurance with Desjardins and the lady that helped me was just fabulous it went so smooth very easy, and she seemed very knowledgeable it was overall an exceptional experience I'm so grateful for the service I received.
I will never recommend this place to anyone. They have messed up account information, and over charged.
We had to put a claim through, they took forever to send the money for the totalled vehicle. They also refused a loaner vehicle for the several weeks it took for them to send the cheque, even though that was something we were paying for.
When you have to leave this company because you can’t afford it anymore, they will charge you.

Terrible customer service. The woman who answered my call had a strong accent, I myself learned English not so long ago, so I asked her to speak slowly because I could not understand her words. She immediately hung up the phone.
This gentleman was absolutely amazing, so friendly and very helpful. Very knowledgeable as well. He went above and beyond for me as well as getting a decently priced quote. He also explained how things worked for me and how to do certain things if need be, extremely helpful especially to younger people who are new to this. Ross from Dejardin ( in Calgary ) was absolutely amazing.
