I found the customer service representative very helpful with regards to the type of home insurance that I required. I had recently put an addition onto the house and had upgrades made to the wiring, plumbing etc. These were all taken into account when my quote was established.

I have received advice on a possible claim from this company, which turned out to save me much trouble and aggravation. The agent/broker is very personable, and lives in my community, so is very knowledgeable, and rates are much better for the same coverage compared to other insurers.

They helped me choose the right coverage for our belongings. I did not feel pressured into purchasing insurance through them. I did not feel pressured into purchasing a specific type of coverage through them. They gave me various payment options.

I had this insurance while living in Manitoba. I had one claim for smoke damage from small fire in house.The company was very thorough, fast & efficient.

Our home was completely destroyed by fire in 2021 and we have had such a great experience with our agent. It made a traumatic experience more bearable. Even during covid our needs were fairly and promptly dealt with!

I am very glad that i meet with this company because they help me process my application very quickly. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The services provided by them are fantastic and their rates are quite good.

I have never made a claim and hope to God don't have to, however, rates went up and I shopped around, I was able to find a couple of companies a bit lower but I dare not go with them as they have the worst reviews on here. I will stay with Cooperators as they are reachable and well priced for my budget.

I am a newcomer in BC and have been very pleased with their service. I was provided with the best possible offer of Cooperators tenant insurance, they are excellent and very helpful. I would recommend to others.

Unfortunately, I have had several claims with the Cooperators. I have a condo and have had three very unfortunate water accidents in 13 yrs. The first two claims I had with the Cooperators, I would give them 6 stars out of 5 if I could. The adjusters were very polite and kind, very respectful and professional. Returned calls and emails promptly. Amazing... an A+. This time around, I have a claim still in the works, the original adjuster I spoke with was very polite and professional. Wonderful! However, the adjuster that was assigned to my case gets a C-. He doesn't return emails and seems mediocre and uninterested. Of course, my premiums and deductibles have increased, but that is the way of insurance... If it wasn't for the mediocre experience with them this time I would have to give the Cooperators a 5-star rating and would encourage others to give them a try. Thank you
