Kathy V. provides excellent service. She has been replying promptly in a timely matter. She is a very knowledgeable and pleasant agent. How refreshing, if it comes to insurance personnel. Definitely, I will recommend her to anybody looking for home insurance.
The customer service representative was a pleasure to deal with. He explained the terms of my policy and policy options clearly and with good humor, giving examples that were easy to understand. I haven't had home insurance for some time, so I was pleasantly surprised by the policy's affordability. I'm glad I chose this company.
