Just stay away! Allstate only used to be a good company! NOT anymore... Insane, rude and dismissive customer service, flawed billing service, no follow-up, and in general a very disappointing experience.
I cancelled my insurance due to their broker mistakes and when I called the company the agents were so rude and didn't listen to my claim and inform me the broker is quit and we are not responsible and nobody can help me! I don't recommend guys just a good name with zero quality!

Incredibly dissatisfied & disappointed with the service their representative Brittany had provided me with. My vehicle had gone into the shop & I was given a rental in the meantime. Due to the incorrect parts for my vehicle being received and ordered, I had gone over the rental agreement coverage. I had contacted her Friday (this passed Friday) as my coverage was up on Saturday. Left a message asking for a call back to explain what was happening... I have yet to receive a phone call. And today I’m charged with a bill of approx 200$ as the problem is yet to be rectified. The garage to my knowledge had spoken to her regarding coverage & I wouldn’t be paying a single cent as it wasn’t my error. What kind of rep, ignores your call & doesn’t call you back. If these are the types of people they have working at Allstate, bless their souls and good luck. I will be looking elsewhere for auto insurance and WILL NOT BE staying with them. Brittney has 0 customer service skills and very unprofessional.
My whole family is very much impressed by the exceptional customer service! The agent helped procure our auto & home insurance coverages for the ensuing policy year 2020-2021. She helped us find the most practical & reasonable premium for our pertinent coverage and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of insurance law in Ontario, finds ways to find the best fit for our insurance needs for the right value and the best price. We would recommend Allstate to all our associates & relatives!
The auto insurance representative at the Cambridge location was very condescending over the phone during a simple conversation about making a payment. I was really dissatisfied with her service and will be looking for another insurance company to switch to.

I have been with Allstate Etobicoke for almost a year. They gave me a great price and are always pleased when I've had to contact them. I have referred my mom here as well and she is extremely happy with the price and friendly knowledgeable service she received from Brampton Location. I recommend this insurance company to everyone looking for insurance!!!
I've been with allstate for about 8-9 years. Enzo is beyond amazing, always helpful and kind. Any problems he attends to them ASAP. Will always stay with allstate and Enzo.

The 1st time I called to get a quote, the male hung up on me. 2nd time I called back to an office nearby, the lady was aggressive and disrespectful, not a way to treat a potential client. Red flag, I won’t be giving Allstate my money or business. They are not worthy of getting a star.
