Looking for good coverage at an affordable price

I've been paying 160$ a month for my car then, after a year they want me to pay 280$! I asked them what's the reason that they increased my monthly fee and they didn't even say it. I don't have any record of accidents or whatsoever. I cancelled my insurance.
15 years l was paying with no claims, I didn't ask them for one dollar, but they have no respect, they respect your dollar only, now with COVID they sent me a few dollars for not using the cars, but when the renew came, they increased the rate up to $120.00 a month. Don't waste your money, find a better trusted company.
Did you know that on average Ontario drivers with good driving records pay $1,805/year in auto insurance? Is your insurance rate higher? Get a free car insurance quote and start saving today.
I have zero tickets, no accident in the last 10 years. Nothing has changed since last year, yet my premium went up by $9 despite the additional discount from driving. They gave me a poor explanation. I haven’t seen such an increase in 7 years which makes me wonder if I am paying $100 more in 2020 for the $30 one-time COVID-19 payment I received. Maybe they took the extra $60 to cover up payment for others with much higher premiums since the 25% of a month’s premium was decided by the ministry. COVID-19 money was taken from us, Allstate never takes a loss.
I had auto insurance with Allstate for 2 years, but for this year the amount that they offered me increased, can you guess how much? More than 55%!? And I asked why? They said because accidents in the city increased! I said why should I pay more I had no accident, they said this is our policy! Finally, I changed my insurance company, now I'm more satisfied, and I left them alone with their policy!
It is been 2 years as Allstate’s customer. In the meantime, I didn't have any accidents or tickets. I always have a very low premium (Premium for 2 cars $192/m, & housing $41/m), because I have a good driving record for more than 20 years. However, the renewed auto premium will be $255/m, and housing $55/m, the increase is more than 30%. In the next contract year, I will have to pay $900 more than last year! That is too much for me!!! More than this, when I came to talk with one of Allstate business representatives, his attitude is very impatient, he was unwilling to explain any reasons to me, but said: “You can consult other insurance companies online, your premium is already the lowest!” Yes, I know, my premium is low, but that is not Allstate gives me, it is the result of years of careful driving. Is it the reason that my premium should be increased in this way? Is it fair? Under such circumstances, I had to choose to leave Allstate immediately, because that company is probably jealous of a customer who has a low premium and a good record.
My father, whom I’m a guarantor for, has been driving for 35 years. He has never had a car accident before. This year was his first not at fault accident. Tom C., a person who works at the collision department, offered my father an unreasonable Offer for his vehicle that was involved in the collision. My father refused the offer, but Tom C. still mailed the check. I have been calling him and leaving him messages several times, but Tom C. never returns my phone calls. I left a message to his supervisor and I also didn’t get any response back. Very professional. If anyone has Insurance or is thinking to get insurance with Allstate, I advise you not to. Allstate is there to take your money, when it’s time to pay up, they’re not very good at that.
I was an Allstate Hurontario, Mississauga customer for over 5 years. I had no tickets, no accidents and no claims. This year, they informed me my rates were going up 18 to 20%. Reasons for the increase included population increase, older vehicle, and driving at night. I have now renewed my insurance with another company and I am saving over $1000.00 per year.
On the day of my accident it had been raining all day and it was still raining. The highway was wet, slick, and puddles. Keep in mind I have NEVER had an automobile accident. Well, I don't remember all the aspects of my accident due to my medical injuries. All I do know is I hit a water puddle, lost traction and control of my car (a car I absolutely LOVED)
I have since been told I hit the ditch in the center median, I was able to get back on the highway, but the traction control never kicked in on my car. My car started sliding and rotating up the highway. My car left the highway and I hit a huge tree on the driver side of my car; my car actually wrapped completely around the tree. It took the paramedics almost 2 hours to cut me out of my car (I was unconscious). They had to cut my boots and clothing off to get me out of my car. As soon as the paramedics were able to load me into ambulance I was RUSHED to the only trauma unit hospital in our state. I sustained several injuries with the worst being 2, possibly 3, traumatic head injuries, contusions and hemorrhages. Allstate deemed my car a complete loss, there was no way around that but Allstate is REFUSING to pay ANY of my medical bills. I will have to see a brain neurosurgeon at least once every 2 weeks for the rest of my life. I am completely livid!!! How can a company treat someone the way Allstate is treating me?
If you have a good driving record in AB, you should pay around $110/month (women - $105/month and men - $113/month). Do you overpay? Get an Alberta car insurance quote to start saving.
I switched to Allstate 1 year ago, the experience was outstanding and excellent customer service. We are 3 drivers and 2 vehicles at home, never have been involved in an accident or tickets of any kind. Now, I just received my renewal contract and I'm flabbergasted to see that Allstate rewards good drivers by increasing my monthly premium by $100. When I called the office (second time in 1 year), I found out that the lady that helped us is no longer there and the new lady started to ask me things like if I was new and requesting a quote. In the end, she said that the reason for the jump in monthly premium is because I need to insure my home as well to get that extra discount!!! The typical scam!!! They offer you good deals and then once there, they start draining your wallet!!! I sent an email to their customer care dept. Let's see what they reply back...

Was looking for car insurance that fit my low risk, long driving record. At this time, everything is going up.
Was referred to Allstate by an existing customer and did the online quote. Was only cheaper by a few dollars, so never did anything with it.
A representative from the Allstate called me and got me a better deal than quoted. Very friendly and professional. Talked me through their process and I would recommend it for all your car needs.
