I was charged more money than what was quoted and also without my consent.
The quote given and agreed upon was not honoured.
Was looking for car insurance that fit my low risk, long driving record. At this time, everything is going up.
Was referred to Allstate by an existing customer and did the online quote. Was only cheaper by a few dollars, so never did anything with it.
A representative from the Allstate called me and got me a better deal than quoted. Very friendly and professional. Talked me through their process and I would recommend it for all your car needs.
