Very poor customer service

I got in a car accident on Friday the 17th and was not my fault. I've been calling since Monday and no answer and/or update on our rental or car 🤬🤬🤬 I would not recommend Allstate and we better get our answers soon

AVOID AT ALL COST

The absolute worse company to go with. We were in an accident last Thursday and we have still heard absolutely nothing from their part. We call 20 times a day to just get transferred to Veronique's voicemail where she doesn't even have the human decency to call back.
Our car is currently not in good shape to drive and when we called them to let them know that we needed this resolved as soon as possible the reception does not even care.
Veronique is absolutely terrible and clearly does not know how to do her job.
Avoid this company at all costs. You pay for a service that you do not even get.

Policy cancellation

Worst experience!
I returned my lease, got a new car and switched insurance companies. Not only did Allstate continue to take monthly payments from me, they never cancelled my policy. I called, and the representative said I had to show proof that I returned my car (never ever have I heard of this, it usually takes a verbal confirmation and that’s it), so I had to find this document, and send it to customer support at Allstate.com and explain what happened a second time.
I receive a confirmation email and didn’t hear from them afterwards. I sent a 2nd email asking if my file was closed and still didn’t hear anything so I decided to call back. Another representative took more notes of my file and said that it would be taken care of shortly. I finally receive another email confirmation, but they took ANOTHER PAYMENT from me. I emailed another time saying express my frustration ESPECIALLY SINCE THE HOLIDAYS ARE RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER and I received an email saying “your case is being treated”. They open in 43 mins, and I’m going to call back and complain and waste my time some more. I hate my experience with Allstate and I do not recommend it.

Stealing my money

Irresponsible staff. Due to poor customer service, I cancelled my policy and they even took the money after the cancellation. Lost some money because of their mistake and they are unable to refund it yet. They are literally stealing people's hard-earned money. Allstate's stealing company. These guys are the worst. They won't pick up the call unless we ask for a new quote. Never recommend it to anyone!

Stay away from Allstate!!!

Worst possible customer service ever... they never answer your calls... (on call for the last 64 minutes to add one driver to my auto and still no answers).
3 weeks ago, I called to report an accident and it took them more than 30mins to answer the call. Once they did, they offered no help and were disrespectful.
However, they are great at getting your money: if you call for new insurance, they will answer within seconds (I tested with another cell phone while still waiting to get somebody to answer my call and they answered right away).

I am trying to delete one lease car from my policy which one I return in August but no one is helping out... Still keeps me charging for that! I called three times since August hon hold for one to two hours! Repeat all things - "we call you back" and three months no one call back. Today also on all hold almost one hour no answer.

This insurance company is so terrible... They never answer calls, never return emails, never return your calls... Claims services is very unprofessional they do not have the courtesy to at least reply to your email regarding the status of your claim. I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks just to know the status of my claim and NO ANSWER OR REPLY from any email I sent and voice mail I left!
